CAPITAL INCREASE

We have increased our invested capital from 100,000 to 150,000 on
12.01.2010, in order to self-finance investments for the development and
promotion of new yacht furniture.

Such increase will allow to our company to face 2010 free from bank debts
and provided with reserves sufficient for financing the development of
innovative furniture, including a revolutionary reduced-bulk folding chair
especially suitable for yachts which will be presented at next Seatec in
Marina di Carrara.
