1987
In 1987, the company became: VALDEGAS continuing its previous activity and adding the representation of others companies. These additions initiated the business of direct importation from France and the exclusive distribution in Italy.
1991
In 1991, the company's management was taken over by the owner's son, Emanuele Maria Valdenassi, who became the Managing Director.
He brought a notable boost to the company and accelerated its growth.
1999
Emanuele Maria Valdenassi establishes the company VALDENASSI, specialized in
grating teak supply. The brand Valdenassi is internationally registered as
TM Trade Mark.
2001
Emanuele Maria Valdenassi resigns from his previous tasks to devote
exclusively to nautic business.
2005
We started to commerce outdoor furniture.
2007
Following eight years of continuous growth, we transfered the headquarters, warehouse and showroom to new business premises in Arma di Taggia (IM)

supplier of grating teak and outdoor furniture, cooperating with shipyards,
architects and design offices, shipowners and boat builders in Europe,
Middle East and Arabic Peninsula.
